Banarasi Saree is a traditional gem of saree which belongs to Varanasi (earlier known as Banaras). These sarees are made from silk fabric which have rich colors and fine texture coupled with dense work featuring brocade of silver and gold with embroidery of zari. Kanjeevaram Saree is more than a style statement! The saree which characterize the tradition of a town named Kanjeevaram in Tamil Nadu, is famous worldwide for its traditional weaving style and beautiful motifs. Kota Doria / Kota Jali is one of the famous varieties of Rajasthani sarees. These kota sarees are traditionally made from cotton fabric, nowadays kota sarees are also available with silk base. The weaves consists various yarn gauges for creating graph like pattern on the saree. This patterns provides a checkered design in the background while the floral prints and motifs are printed all over the saree fabric.
