2) Proofing Cabinet is another type of important bakery equipment whose role is to raise the dough to perfection prior baking. It is easier to reach an ideal temperature and humidity level via using a proof box. This humidity will also keep the dough enough moist for perfect baking experience. Also, these cabinets are also used for keeping baked bread, buns and pastries warm and fresh until serving. Proofing cabinets come in three models which includes full-size, half-size and under-counter.

3) Commercial Mixers are a versatile piece of equipment which provide great assistance for bakers. These mixers come with innovative features and useful attachments to perform a number of tasks, such as dough mixing, whipping cream, pound cake batter, making icing, making base for custards, pudding, slicing vegetables and many more.

4) Display Counters are used for displaying the baked goods in a safe and attractive environment. If the baked bread, donut or cake is not stored in an appealing manner, then the customer will not buy them. So, it is important to invest in a decent looking display unit for your bakery.

5) Miscellaneous

In addition to above mentioned equipment, dough dividers, dough roller, bread slicer, oven thermometer are also used for providing assistance in daily operations.
